Can I return an item?

When you get your stuff, you have 30 days to get it back to us.

If you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply return it!

 

 

So… what if I’m returning an item because I didn’t like it or I changed my mind?

We will most likely ask that you send the item back. Sorry, you will have to cover the shipping cost on this one, and your refund won't include your original shipping amount.  There are no restocking fees.

 

 

How do I arrange for a return/ exchange?

Pease contact customer service at info@wallspace.com so we may provide you with a return authorization number. Please be sure to include your order number, full name, and reason for requesting a return.

All returns must include their original packaging, paperwork, and accessories. Items being returned should be sent with either a trackable shipping method or one that provides confirmation of delivery. Please be sure to write your return authorization number on the outside of your package. 

ALL ITEMS BEING RETURNED MUST BE PRE-APPROVED. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

 

 

My item was damaged in shipping, what do I do?

Please DO NOT return damaged products without first contacting us.  Return shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return has been authorized. A quick photo or two of the damaged item is required before a refund or replacement can be processed. Verification photos can be sent to info@wallspace.com, and the email must include your order number and preference of action (refund or replacement).

 

 

What if you guys sent me the wrong item?

Uh oh, we're very sorry!  We pride ourselves on quality control, because we want you to LOVE your stuff.

If we sent you an item that isn't quite right, please email info@wallspace.com and we'll do everything we can to get you smiling.

 

 

Can I return sale items?

Nope :( Sale items can only be returned if they are damaged.

 

 

How do I get reimbursed for a return?

All refunds are processed back through to your original payment method. If you have paid with a gift card/store credit, we will issue you with a new gift card. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue you with a cash refund if you have paid with a gift card/store credit as there is no physical money there for us to refund you with. 

Once you have been issued with your return (either credit/refund) we are unable to change this.
